These partnerships and collaborations enhance research and drive innovation, enrich education through original learning opportunities and serve the needs of the cultural sector and, more broadly, of society. In doing so they help King’s to deliver on the commitments set out in the university’s Vision 2029.

Cultural collaborations exist across all five campuses, where spaces for arts and culture offer new ways to engage. At Guy’s campus, Science Gallery London offers a changing programme that addresses contemporary challenges through a collision of science and art, bringing both King’s research and the learning experience to life in new ways. The Strand Cultural Quarter comprises several dedicated spaces across the Strand campus, including the Arcade and Exchange in Bush House.

King’s cultural strategy is overseen by the university’s Senior Advisory Fellow for Culture, Baroness Deborah Bull. The Culture team includes sector specialists with expertise in collaborative education, research and innovation, public programming, partnerships, cultural engagement and cultural policy.
